23/8/2024 DEFINE Hackathon Seminar in Riihimäki in September

The City of Riihimäki and Millog Oy are co-organising a DEFINE Hackathon Seminar in Riihimäki in September 2024. The seminar will provide an insight into start-up opportunities in the dual-use and defence sector in Finland, especially in Riihimäki and the whole region of Kanta-Häme. The seminar will open a three-day hackathon event where we will challenge start-ups and innovators to use common civilian technologies to meet the needs of both the defence and non-defence sectors. Guest speakers at the event include representatives from VTT, Finnish Defence and Aerospace Industries PIA, the Finnish Defence Forces, and Finnish Business Angels Network FiBAN.
