Below is the schedule of events happening throughout the week.

Monday 18th (Slush Day -1)

Estonian DefenceTech Meetup #5

On November 18, the next event in the highly popular DefenceTech meetup series in Tallinn, Estonia. As usual, the event will feature 4-5 keynote presentations and 4-5 startups. Estonian DefenceTech meetups usually draw an attendance of 200-250 people, including 60-70 investors while the rest are entrepreneurs, tech talent, and government officials. As a rule, about a quarter of the audience is from abroad.

This invitation-only launch event and party, hosted at the brand-new DEFINE Innovation Hub in Riihimäki, marks Finland’s bold step into the future of defence technology development.Be among the first to meet our carefully selected cohort of defence tech startups as they showcase solutions at the intersection of military and civilian applications.

We expect a full house of people from the Finnish Defence Forces, investors from Finland and abroad, military experts, regional companies, and carefully selected startups and SMEs at the forefront of defence technology. Coordinated by the City of Riihimäki, the DEFINE Accelerator program is managed by Redstone VC, a venture capital firm based in Berlin and operating also in Helsinki and Zürich. The 3-month program supports startups developing technological solutions with both military and commercial applications.
